Your Lopkin Care setup includes the robotic mower package, dock placement, yard mapping, no-go zone setup, app configuration, mowing schedule setup, an on-site test mow, homeowner walkthrough, and 30-day setup support for qualified yards.
Robot mowing is designed for routine grass cutting. It does not replace edging, string trimming, fertilization, weed control, irrigation repair, leaf cleanup, seasonal cleanup, or major landscape work.
For the first 30 days after installation, Lopkin Care helps optimize mapping, no-go zones, dock placement, mowing schedule, and basic setup settings if adjustments are needed. Support is focused on setup tuning, not damage caused by misuse, neglected yard conditions, major landscaping changes, or operation outside manufacturer guidance.
The robotic mower includes 3-year hardware warranty coverage. Final warranty terms are confirmed before installation.
Warranty coverage generally does not include normal wear items, consumables, misuse, accident damage, theft, loss, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
