Lopkin Care ("we", "us", or "our") provides robot mower installation services in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through our websites and services.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a yard qualification form, we collect:

• Contact information: Full name, email address, phone number
• Property information: Property address, yard type (front / back / both), fenced status, presence of pets, slope and tree coverage, photos you upload
• Service-related information: Whether you are the homeowner, current monthly mowing cost, comfort level with the installation price, installation timeline preference, and any notes you provide
• Payment information: We do not currently collect payments through this website. If we begin accepting payments in the future, this policy will be updated and any payment will be processed by a PCI-compliant provider such as Stripe; we would not store full credit card numbers.
• Technical information: Browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads), and basic interaction events for ad attribution.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Review whether your property qualifies for robot mower installation
• Contact you about your inquiry, including by phone, email, and SMS where you have consented
• Schedule a yard assessment and installation appointment
• Improve our service, ad targeting, and conversion measurement
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored and processed in the United States by Google Cloud (Google LLC):

• Firebase Hosting — serves the Lopkin Care website.
• Cloud Run — hosts the application API that receives your form submission.
• Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL — database where your inquiry record is stored.
• Cloud Storage — secure object storage for any yard photos you choose to upload.

All of the above run in Google Cloud’s U.S. regions (us-central1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Lopkin Care does not currently use any other third-party data processor.

If we add additional services in the future (for example, an email provider for confirmation messages, a payment processor, or an ad-tracking pixel), this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect that change before the new service starts processing your data.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:

• The service providers listed in Section 3, who process data on our behalf under written agreements
• Local installation technicians assigned to your property, who receive only the information necessary to complete the installation (your name, address, phone number, and yard details)
• Government authorities, when required by law

5. SMS / Text Message Consent (TCPA)

By submitting a form on our website, you agree to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further SMS contact. Reply HELP for support. We will not send marketing texts unrelated to your inquiry without separate express consent.

6. Cookies and Ad Tracking

Lopkin Care does not currently load any third-party tracking pixels (no Google Ads tag, no Meta Pixel, no analytics tag) on its public pages. We use only:

• Browser local / session storage — small amounts of non-personal site state (for example, remembering UTM parameters across page transitions during a single visit).
• URL parameters — if you click a Lopkin Care ad, the ad platform may add tracking parameters (such as utm_source or fbclid) to the URL; we store these alongside your inquiry so we can attribute leads to the correct ad source.

If we later add an ad-platform pixel (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), this section will be updated to disclose it before the pixel goes live.

7. Your Rights

If you are a resident of California (CCPA / CPRA), Texas (TDPSA), or another U.S. state with data privacy laws, you have the following rights:

• Right to know: request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Right to delete: request that we delete your information
• Right to correct: request that we correct inaccurate information
• Right to opt out: opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email) and SMS (reply STOP)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@care.lopkin.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service you requested, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you do not become a customer, we delete inquiry records after 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for adults who own residential property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at privacy@care.lopkin.com.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest (provided by our service providers), access control, and audit logging. No internet-based service can be 100% secure; if we experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; if you have an active inquiry or reservation, we will also notify you by email.
